About Catalyst Revision

Catalyst Revision is run by a chemistry teacher working in a Scottish secondary school. Every question and worked answer is written and checked by hand, based on years of seeing which parts of the course pupils find hardest and where marks are lost in the exam.

The packs are designed for pupils to use on their own at home, with answers clear enough that a parent doesn't need to know any chemistry to help.

Why we don't sell to our own pupils

To keep things fair, we don't sell packs to pupils, or the families of pupils, at the school where our author teaches. Any order we identify from that school is refunded in full. Pupils there already get the same teaching in class.

Independent resources

Catalyst Revision is not affiliated with or endorsed by Qualifications Scotland. All questions are original and written to match the style of the National 5 and Higher Chemistry exams.
