Refund policy

We want every pack to be useful. If something goes wrong, email hello@catalystrevision.co.uk with your order email address and we'll put it right.

We'll refund or replace your pack if

• the file won't download or open, and we can't fix it for you
• the pack is significantly different from its description
• you bought the same pack twice by mistake
• you bought the wrong level by mistake and tell us within 7 days (we'll swap it for the right one)

Orders we always refund

Orders from pupils, or families of pupils, at the school where our author teaches are refunded in full, as explained in our terms of sale.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method through Payhip, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
